A lot of spelling mistakes, making it difficult to read on some points. Sometimes I book caught it. Or complete, but very rich, I have summarized the summary itself again where the document has been halved.

It is unfortunate that there is that but a Summary of the 2nd edition is.Deze summary of the 1st druk.Verder are it could also have been in 100 pages lots pagina's.Het and then much less text à © à © n pagina.Veel spelling errors.
